What is the standard Artwork Size?
The most standard artwork size is 11″ wide x 15″ High, we can print up to 14″x17″ for a full front or back. Custom sizes are also avaialble.
What file formats do you accept?
The preferred file format is a Vector file (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) to achieve better results. We can also work with .PSD, .TIF, and .JPG files, but they should be at 300 DPI resolution. If file is not usable you can use our design services to create a new one or fix the one you have.
How much are the setup fees?
Orders of 36 or less, each color(Screen) will cost $25. Orders of 37-240 the setup fee for each color is $15 and on orders of 241 or more there is no setup. If you are a wholesaler please contact us for more info. Embroidery we charge a one-time-fee of $45 for the digitizing.
What is your turn-adound time?
Turn around time is 10 business days. We also offer rush options at additional fees. Turnaround is for production only, so it only starts after a down payment or full payment as been made, and all artworks are approved.
Do you have a minimum order?
We do orders as small as 12 shirts. But if you want better pricing we recommend printing 36 or more to get the best pricing possible. The more you order the more you save.
Can i mix and match shirt & ink colors?
Yes, different shirts colors are ok as long as the ink colors are the same. If we need to change color of the ink additional fees may apply. You can also order different sizes for same artwork and you dont need to order in dozens.
I want to print on my shirts, can I?
Of course! We print on hundreds of different brands everyday, but if you can’t find one that you like, as long as you can send us the blanks, we will print it for you. Just contact us to see what we can do for you!
I'm missing a few shirts, what happened?
All of our orders can have up to 5% under run because they could be damaged during printing. We strongly recommend ordering a few extras but if there is a shortage with your order, we will refund or credit you for the difference.
How do payments work?
Before your order is printed a full payment must be made. We also offer other payment methods, and terms for local customers. Contact us if you want to learn more.

Can you do PUFF embroidery?
Yes, at an additional cost of $2 per item minimum(Depends on design size). Not all logos will work for this type of style, thin artwork wont work.
How large can you psew on a hat?
Center front is 5.5×2 high. The offset front panel is 2.75×2.
Is there a limit on thread colors per item?
Yes, 15 colors is the max per design. Most logos dont have more than 2-4 colors. This is usually not an issue.
How many colors do you have?
We stock the most popular colors in the market. But if you need a specific color we can also arrange that sometimes at an additional cost.
Can you embroider on other items besides Polos and Shirts?
Yes we can, if we can stick the needle on it we can pretty much embroider anything. Other popular items are scarfs, beanies, towels, sport bags and more…

Delayed Shipping
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
Garment Disclaimer
rintworks is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important.
Your Satisfaction is important
We will not be responsible for your satisfaction with the garments printed on. We are available to help you pick the best garment for your artwork. We can also send you blank samples of the garment billed at a per piece rate and shipped without printing.
Quality Assurance
We try to check every garment before it leaves our facility but sometimes we also make mistakes. It is your responsibility to check garments once you receive them. We will give you 3 days to notify us about any issues. We will not be responsible after that time period. If you need reprint and you submit that claim before the 3 day period we will reprint or give you credit if it exceeds the spoilage rate of 5%.
Hoodie printing
Inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage may happen when printing over the zipper, pockets or any other uneven surfaces. We will not be responsible for these but we will let you know about them before.
Out of Stock Items
We will not be responsible for items that are out of stock. All garments are ordered after your order is placed and we cannot guarantee their availability. In case this happens we will give you a list of possible replacements.
Artwork approval
All artwork must be approved via a digital mock-up via email. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of art by the customer. All modifications requested will result in production delays and could require additional expenses.
